Our rates are
per room and per night (not per person), which include full hot
English breakfast or cold buffet, VAT, private parking and unlimited
use of high speed wireless Broadband

do not require advance payment for reservations; however a credit
card no is required to secure the booking. Credit card information
is held securely and only used in the event of a late cancellation
or no show

Guests
may cancel up to 72 hours before the date of arrival, and no charge
will be made. However your credit card will be charged the full
booking value if cancellation is made with in the 72 hours of arrival
time, or in the event of a no show

Block bookings may be cancelled up to 5 days before the date of
arrival. If the cancellation is made after this time, or in the
event of a no show, your credit card will be charged the full booking
value

You may
check-in at any time after 1400 hours (an earlier check-in time
can be arranged on request). Please give us as much notice as possible
if the late arrival is anticipated.

All payments are required in advance at the time of check in; in
case of block booking deposit is required.

On your
last day of stay, you must checkout by 1100 hours. If the room is
not vacated by this time you will be subject to another night charge

During your stay, if you have any complaint regarding the hotel,
you must bring this to the attention of the hotel management as
soon as possible. If the complaint has not been resolved according
to your satisfaction, you should notify the Bow Guest House Management
in writing

You must
be over 18 years of age to be able to reserve the room. Please also
remember that all bookings are personal to you and may not be sold,
or transferred

bookings or offer refunds on early check out

During your stay, we do our utmost to make your
stay enjoyable and comfortable one, similarly we request a reasonable
care to be taken by the guests towards the Guest house properties,
any unlawful damage or loss to our property will be prosecuted and
charged where necessary.
